Canadian General Motors Class Action Launched for Ignition Switch and Power Steering Defects

Rochon Genova, alongside co-counsel Delaney’s Law Firm and Kim Orr Barristers PC, launched a national class action on behalf of Canadian owners and operators of GM vehicles affected by ignition switch and power steering defect recalls. The lawsuit was brought on behalf of the family of Nick Baker, a 22-year-old from Cornwall, Ontario, who died in a 2006 Saturn Ion crash when the airbags failed to deploy due to the defective ignition switch.
