Jessica Marshall

Biography

Jessica Marshall is an associate at Rochon Genova. Prior to being called to the bar in 2024, she summered and articled at Rochon Genova. She has handled class action matters involving pharmaceutical and product liability, institutional abuse, securities misrepresentations, consumer protection and privacy before Ontario courts. She earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she participated in moots and negotiation competitions. Before law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen’s University.
