Joel Rochon

Biography

Joel Rochon is a founding partner of Rochon Genova and heads the class action group. His practice focuses on products liability, train and aviation accidents, defective drugs and medical devices, securities, anti-trust, consumer protection, and institutional abuse. Since 1999, he has led many significant Canadian class actions. He holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario (1983) and an L.L.B. from Universite de Moncton in French (1986). He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Advocates’ Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and other legal organizations.
