Biography
Nahid is an associate in the Civil Sexual Abuse/Assault and Indigenous Rights practice groups at Rochon Genova. Her practice centers on empowering survivors of sexual abuse and advancing claims against individuals, institutions, and religious organizations. She also represents First Nations on constitutional, regulatory, and transactional matters. Prior experience includes the Ministry of the Attorney General, Crown Law Office – Civil, handling Crown liability, class actions, complex personal injury, and Indigenous claims litigation. She holds an LLM in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Law Society of Ontario in June 2022. She was called to the Iranian Central Bar Association in July 2013.
