Pritpal Mann

Biography

Pritpal Mann is an associate working primarily with the class action team. He has acted on a variety of class actions, multi-plaintiff actions and individual actions, including matters involving institutional abuse and negligence, securities misrepresentations, consumer protection, and professional negligence. He has appeared in motions, appeals and at trial before Ontario courts, as well as on motions before the Superior Court of Québec. His volunteer work earned him the Perkins Coie Diversity and Inclusion Award. Pritpal was called to the bar in 2023. He articled and summered at Rochon Genova. He holds a Juris Doctor from Western Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria.
