Biography
Trina DeSa is an associate in the personal injury and aviation groups at Rochon Genova. Prior to joining, she worked with a prominent personal injury firm in Toronto with experience spanning plaintiff and defence personal injury, aviation law, long term disability, casualty insurance, insurance subrogation disputes, and bankruptcy/insolvency. She has appeared before Superior Courts of Justice, Licence Appeal Tribunal, Social Security Tribunal of Canada, and the Consent and Capacity Board. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queens University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, and was called to the bar in 2002.
